1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and gc22 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gc22 platform at gc22.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gc22 platform.

These Terms apply to all aspects of gc22, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus claims, sports betting, casino games, crash games, and all other platform features. gc22 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on gc22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gc22 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals forfeited, and any bonus winnings voided.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registering and using the platform. gc22 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Bangladesh law. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incompetent are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gc22, nor an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in any gc22 game or promotion.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration. gc22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time.

gc22 may conduct age and identity verification checks at registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at any time it deems necessary. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold a single gc22 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using different mobile numbers, different payment methods, different devices, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. During registration, you agree to:

• Providing your real full name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth accurately as they appear on your official identification documents.
• Maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Notifying gc22 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, or if your registered mobile number is lost or compromised.
• Not sharing your gc22 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in both accounts being permanently suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gc22 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. By making a deposit, you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you and is registered in your name. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on gc22:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your gc22 wallet and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is outstanding.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. gc22 does not permit withdrawal to a different mobile wallet or bank account than the one used to fund the account, unless specifically approved by the gc22 compliance team.
• gc22 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership — such as a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Funds deposited into your gc22 wallet must be used for wagering purposes on the gc22 platform. Depositing funds with the intention of immediately withdrawing them without genuine wagering activity is considered abuse of the platform and may result in account suspension.

gc22 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service, for which gc22 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gc22 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

• The gc22 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• gc22 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting promotional terms through systematic play patterns, or colluding with other players.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or game category specified in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions (such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and T20 World Cup promotions) are subject to their own individual terms and are available for a limited period only. gc22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

gc22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players and can be activated by contacting our support team at [email protected]:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased instantly — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session time reminders: receive an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous play (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-off period: temporarily lock your gc22 account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your gc22 account. This action is irreversible. Following permanent self-exclusion, gc22 will make reasonable efforts to ensure you do not receive promotional communications from the platform.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or those around you, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team immediately. gc22 will never pressure a player to continue gaming after a self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been submitted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gc22. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with gc22 games, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or platform systems for financial gain not arising from genuine competitive play.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with gc22 platform software, game code, or security systems.
• Using the gc22 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal financial activity under Bangladesh law.
• Registering using false personal details, impersonating another individual, or submitting fraudulent identity verification documents.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or software bugs to gain a financial advantage on the platform. Players who discover technical errors must report them to [email protected] immediately and must not continue exploiting them.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gc22 platform — including but not limited to: the gc22 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to gc22 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gc22 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any gc22 content without prior written permission from gc22. Unauthorised use of gc22 intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data

gc22 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on gc22, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gc22 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the gc22 platform, including losses attributable to platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues on your device or network.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the gc22 platform or any of its features, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including maintenance windows and emergency outages.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your gc22 account where such access results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from your use of a shared, public, or compromised device to access gc22.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gc22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. gc22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gc22 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

gc22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or abuse of bonuses.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any purpose prohibited by Bangladesh law.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request from gc22.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion or account closure requests submitted via [email protected].

Where an account is suspended or closed by gc22 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at gc22's discretion, subject to the specific circumstances of the breach. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or platform decision, you must submit your dispute to gc22 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Your dispute must include your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, the specific nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots. gc22 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and will aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

gc22's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject to manifest error. Where a manifest error in a game result or transaction is identified, gc22 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct account balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds have already been credited or withdrawn.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gc22 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information associated with their accounts prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

Your continued use of the gc22 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the gc22 platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected].
